Debbie has been a resident of Oregon for over 20 years and has owned and operated a variety of successful businesses throughout her career. She has been a full time Realtor since 1995 and is recognized in the "Who's Who of Luxury Real Estate". Debbie started her Career in Southern Oregon and moved to Central Oregon to pursue her Real Estate career in Sunriver.

As the Owner of the new Cascade Sotheby's International Realty, Deb Tebbs brings a wealth of experience to the company. In 2004 Debbie realized the value of the Sotheby's brand and wanting to be a part of it, she pursued the Sotheby's franchise for Oregon. In pursuit of this goal, Debbie went to work for one of the highest-end real estate companies in Bend, OR, Cushman and Company, and eventually purchased 50% of that business and eventually affiliated with Sotheby's in 2006. At the time the existing business had 5 brokers and was located at Broken Top Clubhouse in Bend. Within 3 years, in the worst market in Central Oregon real estate history, the company has positioned itself as number 1 in listings, number 1 in sales over 500K and number 3 overall in sales.

Cushman & Tebbs Sotheby's International Realty grew to over 50 brokers, and now as Cascade Sotheby's International Realty, Deb plans to increase the number of top brokers to 70.
