Meet Jack and Debbie Tebbs

Jack Tebbs, owner and President of Sun Ridge Building and Design, has been designing and building custom homes for 35 years. Jack began building custom homes in the Lake Tahoe area in the 1970s, and has since built homes in Southern and Central Oregon. He has owned and operated two different successful furniture manufacturing plants, managing over 50 full time employees at one time. Jack has physically done every aspect of construction from design and framing; to masonry and finish work. He knows what it takes to maintain a high standard of quality and integrity in every home he builds. His ability to collaborate with the clients and designers to bring the “finishes” together is the trademark for his homes. An unbelievable eye for design, scale and colors are evident throughout his completed projects.

Jack maintains a close relationship with the finest sub-contractors in the area. They work together on all projects and know what to expect from each other. He also works closely with his three sons who all own and operate successful construction businesses in the area.

Sun Ridge has on staff, a full time accountant. This ensures accurate monthly draws and statement to our clients. We also have a full time in house operations manager , and project managers to oversee the day to day job process.

Sun Ridge has associations with some of the finest interior designers in the Pacific Northwest, this enable our clients to choose colors and textures from anywhere in the world. Many of our clients are building second homes and are not present for construction. Having an interior designer available makes the process simple. Add to this Jacks artistic vision, and you have a “Sun Ridge” home.

Debbie Tebbs, Jacks wife is a licensed Real Estate Broker for Cushman & Co. Preferred Properties and a full time Realtor for over 12 years. She is a Multi Million Dollar Producer and a Luxury Home and Previews Property Specialist. Because she has called Oregon her home for over 20 years she is very knowledgeable of the local area and up to date on the current market trends.

Debbie's background and knowledge of the area also enable her to work closely with clients for lot selections in the finest developments.
